Wicked Sharp’s Knife Care Tips

Use your knife for its intended purpose.

NEVER cut frozen foods

Use a wood or polyethylene cutting board

NEVER use stone or glass to cut on

Wash each knife individually by hand

NEVER put your knives in the dishwasher

Sharpen your knives regularly

A sharp knife is less apt to slip and cut you

If you drop a knife, step back, do not try to catch it.

Store your knives in a block, rack or sleeve

NEVER toss a naked knife into a drawer

Do not use the cutting edge of your knife to scrape up the vegetables you just cut. Flip your knife over and use the blunt edge.
